How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a design visit and provide a quote. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Dixi Voice recordings are transcribed and discarded, never stored. Bathroom photos are re-drawn to remove location metadata and checked for people before use. Photos and concepts are private and never added to public projects.

Saved bathroom drafts stay on your device and expire after 30 days. Unsent concept records on our side are removed after 30 days. When you send a pack, its photos, concepts and sketch follow the enquiry retention below.

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work we carry out for you.
